About
Mission & Vision
My mission is to transform education by empowering educators to create healthy, inclusive, and engaging learning environments through the integration of wellness, mindfulness, physical activity, and evidence-based teaching practices across the curriculum. Through innovative teaching, community-engaged research, and collaborative partnerships, I strive to improve educational outcomes while supporting the well-being of children, educators, and communities.
My vision is to advance whole-child education by embedding wellness, movement, social-emotional learning, and community engagement into teacher preparation and educational practice as a foundational cornerstone. I aspire to shape educational systems where every child and educator has the opportunity to thrive through research-informed practices, meaningful partnerships, and equitable learning experiences.
